The Rhapsody is a luxury wedding and event venue that provides clients six different spaces to utilize for their special day: The Grand Ballroom, The Gardens, The Courtyard, The Tuscan Room, and Two Separate Dressing Areas. Each space boasts an elegance that will enhance your vision of the perfect day.
The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 250 seated guests. The high ceiling adorned by a stunning chandelier and custom down lighting gives your wedding and open and elegant feel. With multiple types of tables included, along with a large selection of color schemes and ivory chiavari chairs, you have endless floorplan layouts.
Pergola Wedding
The Gardens is a serene and intimate atmosphere that features a beautifully kept lawn and seasonal foliage. The space is perfectly landscaped for an outside ceremony with a pathway leading towards a pergola. White garden chairs are used to create aisles for up to 250 guests. The pergola provides endless design possibilities for floral and fabric accents.
Covered Patio
The Courtyard is a covered outdoor patio that eliminates rainouts. If it is raining on the wedding day, we’ll simply move the ceremony in front of the calming waterfall or built-in fireplace. This removes the need to bring the wedding inside and “flip” the room.
The Courtyard is also the perfect spot for amazing cocktail hours and evening conversations under three gorgeous chandeliers and customized lighting.
The Buffet Room
The Tuscan Room is elegantly designed similar to the Grand Ballroom, but is smaller in size. It’s an additional space included within the rental that can be used to gather before the ceremony, take photos with family, or stage the food and beverage for the reception.
The Cottage
Start your day off right, in this beautiful spot surrounded by your bridal party and close family. The cottage is 1,600 square feet and is complete with a kitchen, living room, elegant makeup/hair stations, and two changing rooms. All hair and makeup artists are welcome.
There is no better place to get ready than at The Rhapsody’s Bridal Cottage. This beautiful, newly renovated cottage located next to the venue provides a relaxing space for the wedding party to prepare for the big day.
The Villa
The newly redecorated dressing area next door to the Rhapsody is called The Villa and is tailored to tech-loving couples. The room is complete with a TV, Nintendo Wii, a bluetooth sound bar. So get ready to relax and be entertained while you get ready for your event. The Villa also includes a couch and large private restroom.
