Do you have a back up option for bad weather?
Yes! We provide a true weather plan B. We offer a covered garden patio outside & the option to move your ceremony inside our temperature controlled ballroom. All options are included in your venue package.
What is included in your wedding venue pricing?
Our wedding & reception package – Fur Elise – includes 12 hours of exclusive venue access, 7+ hours in separate dressing suites, wedding planner, coordinator, 1 hour rehearsal, tables, chairs, linens, cloth napkins, set up & take down! Bartenders are also included (except cash bar package). Full access to the entire property, outdoor garden, covered patio, green spaces and indoor ballroom. We have multiple rain back up options without needing to do a flip! Cocktail Hour under the covered patio is a guest favorite!
Our Most POPULAR package – Moonlight Sonata – is truly ALL-INCLUSIVE with everything in the previous package, plus Centerpieces, Bridal Flowers, Ceremony & Reception Decor, DJ, Photo Booth, Yard Games & Audio Guest Book Experience!
For a slow-paced, relaxed, and luxurious weekend, we now offer a Two-Day Celebration – Clair De Lune. This gives you exclusive Friday & Saturday venue access with all the perks of our Moonlight Sonata plus much, much more! After your Friday Rehearsal, stay for catered dinner next to the waterfall under the covered patio. Decor, Photo Booth, Yard Games & Bar Service included! Saturday Morning Suites will include coffee & juice bars as well as a welcome fruit tray. Saturday’s Reception will include our Encore Beverage Package for all guests! We want to have our ceremony off-site, but our reception at The Rhapsody. Is that an option?
Absolutely! Our reception only package is $500 less than the ceremony & reception price. The two dressing suites, 1 hour rehearsal and coordinator are not included in the reception only package.
What is your vendor policy?
We require you to use one of our 11 options for caterers. The options cover a full range of budgets and tastes. We do not have any other restrictions on vendors except for the bar, which is only through The Rhapsody.
What is your bar & alcohol policy?
Our couples will use The Rhapsody for all bartending needs. We have competitively priced bar packages starting at $23 per person over 21 years for 5 hours of service with bartender(s) included. We also offer a “cash & consumption” & STOCK YOUR OWN BAR option. Note that tax & gratuity are not included in the package prices.
What is your max capacity?
Our average wedding is 150 – 200 guests, however our max capacity is 250 seated guests.
I am not crafty and would prefer not to DIY – can you help with most things?
Absolutely! The Rhapsody offers centerpiece packages for all styles and budgets. We have an in-house florist and decorator and can provide custom bridal flowers, ceremony & reception decor! We HIGHLY recommend booking the All-Inclusive package to let our team handle every detail of your big day!
What other costs are required?
We require a $500 refundable damage deposit and event liability insurance (which typically costs couples $75 – $175). Bartender gratuity is required up front and drink packages are taxed at 8.6%
How do we book our date and what payment options do you accept?
Contact us to schedule a time to make your deposit and sign the contract. We require a 30% down payment at the time of booking to reserve your date. 40% is due at 8 months prior to your event and the remaining 30% + damage deposit is due 4 months prior to your event. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards.
What type of couples are The Rhapsody best suited for?
The Rhapsody is ideal for couples who value an organized, all-inclusive wedding experience and want a beautiful day without the stress of DIY planning. Most couples book 9-18 months in advance, however we have been known to pull off dream weddings in less than 60 days!
